Join Lucía de Molina Benavides, PhD student in architecture at Universidad de Granada and Visting student at the Center for Sustainable Urban Development for her talk " “Collaborative architectures in the global city: sustainability and management systems in New York”. The talk will focus on her research on how the implementation of technology in the use and control of space gives rise to new management systems, bottom-up, top-down and middle-out, that directly affect the sustainability of collaborative architecture such as coworking, cohousing and coliving.
