Student Affiliates
Ece is a graduate student in the M.S. in Enterprise Risk Management program at Columbia University. Originally from Hatay, she graduated from Boğaziçi University with a B.A. in Economics. After graduation, Ece worked in finance in Istanbul and Copenhagen, where she gained a global perspective and honed her skills in strategic planning and project management. Having witnessed the destructive impact of the earthquake in Hatay, Ece brings a personal connection to her role as a Student Project Associate for the project “Building Back Better in Hatay.” She is dedicated to applying her academic knowledge in risk management to this multi-stakeholder, multi-risk-informed project, aiming to support rebuilding efforts in Hatay.
