Robert is a Research Associate with the Resilient Coastal Communities Project. He holds a Masters of Public Administration in Environmental Science and Policy from Columbia's School of International and Public Affairs. He received a B.A. in Political Science and a B.S. in Economics from the College of Charleston and has worked across various areas advocating for more sustainable practices. At Columbia, he has primarily focused on urban sustainability and issues around adaptation and resilience in his research.
