CSUD launches new Resilient Coastal Communities Project

The Center for Sustainable Urban Development is starting a new Resilient Coastal Communities Project (RCCP). The RCCP aims to advance one of the four fundamental goals of the Climate School (ie, developing new ways to help coastal communities adapt to a changing climate), in partnership with the New York City Environmental Justice Alliance, through the development and promotion of locally initiated, equitable and rigorously researched strategies for reducing threats to coastal communities and ecosystems from sea level rise and storm events and using a strong environmental justice lens.
