The Resilient Coastal Communities Project (RCCP) released a working paper, "Designing Community-led Plans to Strengthen Social Cohesion - What Neighborhoods Facing Climate-driven Flood Risks Want from Resilience Planning,"  analyzing the experiences of ten New York and New Jersey environment and climate justice organizations in connection with resilience planning and making recommendations as to how future planning initiatives, like the New York-New Jersey Harbor and Tributaries Study, can be done in a truly just, inclusive and empowering manner.  Read the paper here.
